Each Paperverse is printed and framed in New York, then sent to your door. Here's exactly how that works.

Production

Made to order, by hand.

Every Paperverse is made when you order it — printed, framed, mat-cut (when applicable), and packaged before it ships. Production takes 3–5 business days.

This is intentional. We don't keep inventory. The print, the mat, and the frame all start as raw material the day after you order.

United States only at launch.

All 50 US states + DC. International shipping is coming after launch — email us to be notified for your country.

What it costs

Calculated at checkout based on size and ZIP code. We don't mark up shipping — what the carrier charges is what you pay.

Packaging

Each frame ships in a custom corrugated mailer with foam corners and rigid backing. Designed to survive a shipping handler having a bad day.

Tracking

A link, the moment it ships.

You'll get an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email with a tracking number when it ships. The tracking number is live the moment the carrier scans the package.

If it arrives damaged

We'll fix it. Quickly.

What to do: Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll ship a replacement at no cost — no need to send the original back.

Damage from carriers happens occasionally even with our packaging. We'd rather you have a perfect Paperverse than the right paperwork.

Returns

30 days, original condition.

The window

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return on a Paperverse you've simply changed your mind about.

Condition

The print and frame must be in their original packaging and condition. We can't accept returns on items that have been hung, scratched, or where the frame backing has been opened.

Process

  • Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason — no formal RMA needed.
  • We'll send a return shipping label.
  • Once we receive the return in good condition, we'll issue a refund within 5 business days.

Restocking allowance

Because each Paperverse is made to order, change-of-mind returns include a 15% restocking allowance, deducted from the refund. Damaged, defective, or wrong-product returns are always at no cost — full refund or replacement.

Custom and gifted orders

Custom verse requests (when this becomes available) are non-refundable except for damage or defect. Gifted orders can be returned by the recipient with the order number.

Exchanges

Different size, frame, or mat.

If you'd like to swap to a different size, frame finish, or mat option, the simplest path is a return + new order. The 15% restocking allowance still applies on the return; you place the new order at the regular price.

If the issue is on us — wrong item shipped, frame finish doesn't match what you ordered — we'll handle the swap end-to-end at no cost. Email us with your order number.
